About Divinely Simple

How it Started:

Lent 2021

I had given up social media for Lent and it was during this time I rediscovered my passion for creating tangible artwork. Women in my local community showed me how to make a rosary, and I was instantly hooked! I started tinkering with different mediums. Leather, hemp, waxed cotton, wood, metals, stones, and more.

As the Lenten season came to a close I was encouraged by my husband, friends, and family to start a business.

Fall & Winter 2021-22

Selling rosaries?! At first, I laughed it off. No way did I want to start a business! My husband and I both work full time and we have three young daughters. This was not a priority. But, as I continued to make rosaries and give them away the joy continued to overwhelm me. The inspiration for each one of the rosaries has come from an encounter with the Lord in prayer, and I want to share it.

Lent 2022

Lent 2021 I learned to make rosaries. Lent 2022 has been about the simplifying of the idea and creating the business to share it with friends and family! Now, here it is. Divinely Simple - Rosaries inspired by His Divine Simplicity.
